Emeril Lagasse Everyday Recipes For The Power Airfryer 360
Emeril created this hardcover book for the Power AirFryer 360. It includes full color photos, but no information is provided on number of pages or recipes.
Recipes cover a full range of dishes for appetizers, snacks, and any meal of the day. Emeril offers cooking equivalency and temperature charts as well as instructions on how to use accessories for your air fryer.
The only complaints about this cookbook are that some recipes are not all that easy, and some are quite unusual (not “everyday” dishes as the title says). This isn’t surprising since, after all, Emeril is a chef. Just keep in mind that if you’re looking for a beginner cookbook, some of the recipes may not be what you expected.

Why Aren’T My Frozen French Fries Crispy?
The main reason that your French fries may not be crispy is that you haven’t shaken the air fryer basket enough during the cooking process, reducing the ability of the hot air to circulate around the frozen French fries. Soft fries may also result from overcrowding an air fryer basket with frozen French fries. This is because it will make the air circulate well. As a result, make sure you cook your frozen French fries in a single layer and in batches.
